My practice focuses on helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, increased confidence, and hope for the future. Life happens and some things can leave a big impact on all areas of our lives. I enjoy helping clients to build peace in their lives and more meaningful connections with people.
As a trauma informed therapist, I find it very rewarding to work with clients and see the transformation that happens from the first day of therapy to when the client reaches their therapy goals.
It can be hard to reach out at times. My first goal with any client is to create an atmosphere of safety and trust. No matter where you are at in your mental health journey, I am ready and look forward to being a part of that healing process.
